Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that each person best suits the role they are recruited to fill, and important to the selection process is ensuring that they will complement our diverse and dynamic team.

Outline of our Recruitment Process

Once the vacant post has been approved and clearance has been provided to proceed with recruitment, the company begins the two-week candidate sourcing process. This entails publishing a vacancy ad on recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, as well as digital and physical ad placements. Upon completion of this process, our Talent Acquisition Specialists commence the pre-screening process, where the company engages in conversation with potential candidates prior to the actual interview.

Following this, two technical interviews are conducted, followed by an interview with the Human Resources Department. Once the candidate has been successful in the interviews and they have been deemed as a suitable employee, an offer is submitted to the Human Resources Department for approval, which is subsequently submitted to the Hiring Manager. Following this approval process, an offer is made to the candidate. Once the offer is accepted, the nine-week onboarding period begins. During this period, a background check and medical check are conducted and the now employee is integrated seamlessly into the company’s operations.
